Job Description :
Jawatan Kosong Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ) 

Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya was established in accordance with the Local Governments Act 1976 (Act 171) under Section 4 through the Selangor State Government Gazette No: 26 dated 2 January 1997 after the status upgrading exercise from Majlis Daerah Petaling.

  • To be responsible towards area planning and control to achieve set objectives.
  • To be responsible in constituting policies regarding the planning and development of land and structures in its area of responsibility.
  • To plan and execute development and socio-economic programmes with co-ordination assistance and co-operation from the State and Federal Governments.
  • To ensure that structures are built in accordance with Building Laws and are compliant with set physical guidelines.
  • To ensure that the planning and execution of development projects and infrastructure maintenance are well observed for the convenience and comfort of the public.
  • To create a fair system of taxing and renting through evaluation and management of property that is effective and reliable.
  • To give satisfactory municipal services including trash collection, drainage cleaning and grass cutting through an effective maintenance process. To ensure that the surroundings of MPSJ will have a beautiful landscape in addition to the excellent maintenance of recreational parks and playgrounds.
